Terms and Conditions for the 2025 Free Website Promotion

Overview

Make The Impact (“MTI”) is offering 100 free custom websites to eligible non-profits and churches as part of its 2025 promotional campaign. By participating in this promotion, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

1. Participant must be a registered non-profit organization or church with valid documentation (e.g., 501(c)(3) status or equivalent).
2. Participant must sign up for the MTI donation platform and agree to its terms.
3. This promotion is limited to the first 100 approved accounts between the dates 12:00 AM EST, December, 15th 2024 to 11:59 PM EST, December. 31st 2025.

Website Details

1. The website includes:
2. A custom-built, 5-page design hosted on the MTI CMS platform.
3. Basic SEO optimization and mobile-friendly functionality.
4. Integration with MTI’s donation platform.
5. The website is valued at $3,000 and is provided at no cost, subject to the conditions outlined herein.

Required Costs

1. Hosting fees:
2. $35/month.
3. Donation platform fees:
4. $45/month.
5. Transaction fees:
6. 2.9% + $0.30 for Visa/MasterCard/Discover.
7. 3.5% + $0.30 for American Express.
8. 1% + $0.30 for ACH transactions.

Terms of Continuation

Commitment Period:Participant must maintain their enrollment in MTI’s donation platform for a minimum of 12 months from the website’s launch date.

Early Cancellation Consequences:If Participant cancels the donation platform within the first 12 months but wishes to retain ownership of their website, they must pay the pro-rated balance of the original $3,000 website cost, broken into $250/month for each remaining month in the 12-month term, plus any outstanding hosting fees.

• If the Participant cancels and chooses not to pay the outstanding balance, the website will be deactivated and removed from the MTI CMS platform.
• After the initial 12 months, the Participant may continue using the website by maintaining hosting payments.

Content Requirements

1. Participant is responsible for providing all necessary website content, including text and images, within the deadlines set by MTI.
2. MTI reserves the right to reject any content that does not meet its quality or alignment standards.

Optional Add-Ons

Participants may choose to purchase additional services at an extra cost, including but not limited to:

1. Additional pages.
2. Branding and logo design.
3. Advanced integrations or functionalities.
4. Ongoing maintenance and support packages.

Merchant Account Requirements

1. The merchant account required to process donations will be provided by MTI’s partner, Higher Standards, Inc.
2. Approval of the merchant account is mandatory to participate in this promotion.
3. Additional terms and conditions may apply with the merchant account.

Termination of Participation

1. MTI reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the Participant:
2. Fails to provide necessary content within the agreed timeline.
3. Violates the terms of the MTI donation platform.
4. Upon termination, the website will be deactivated unless all outstanding fees are paid.

Limitation of Liability

1. MTI is not liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions resulting from:
2. Delayed content submission by Participant.
3. Misuse or alteration of the website by the Participant.
4. MTI does not guarantee any specific results, such as increased donations or engagement, from the provided website.

Agreement to Terms

By applying for this promotion, the Participant agrees to these terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms are subject to change at MTI’s discretion, with notice provided to all active Participants.
